A fleet wash system has to survive being used hard, every day, often outdoors and often by whoever is on shift. Our units are built around a 304 stainless steel housing and an Italian triplex plunger pump, driven by a 400V motor rated at 5.5 or 7.5 kW depending on flow. Operating flow is 15 or 21 L/min at pressures up to 2900 PSI, with 230V available on request.
Foam output is adjustable, so operators can lay down a heavy coat for road film and diesel residue or dial it back for routine washdowns. A 30m R16 ⅜ hose rated to 4785 PSI is supplied as standard, with custom lengths available if your bay layout needs more reach.
The right truck wash system depends less on the machine than on where it lives and how many vehicles pass through.
Mounts directly to a bay wall, keeping the unit clear of the floor and out of the way of vehicle movement. Best suited to a permanent, purpose-built wash bay with a fixed water and power supply.
Bolted to a concrete pad where wall mounting isn't practical: open bays, leased sites, or buildings where you can't fix to the structure. Same output, freestanding installation.
Built on a wheeled frame so the unit can be moved between yards or wheeled out only when needed. This is the option most operators choose when washing happens in more than one place, or when a dedicated bay isn't available yet.

Hot water makes a real difference on anything carrying grease, diesel film or heavy organic soiling, which is why our systems run on either hot or cold supply. If you need heated water and don't have it on site, our hot water blasters cover that separately.
